“ We cannot recommend rectory farm kitchen enough! We organised a baby shower for 16 guests (around half of which had dietary requirements e.g vegetarian, vegan, nut allergy and fish allergy) and the team could not have made this more straightforward! If you are looking for somewhere for a similar type of event, this is definitely the place for hassle-free perfection! All of our guests complimented on how gorgeous the food was both presented and tasted. Considering there were 16 of us, our hot drinks all arrived so quickly and were so good. The coffee is amazing!! Overall, we had the best time and cannot wait for our next visit! ”
“ 6 out of 5 stars. Not just good but truly exceptional. Clean and tidy environment with plenty of outdoor seating too. It's dog friendly and the food and hot drinks are a level above. Definitely worth a visit, and we will be returning. ”
“ Had a beautiful breakfast here. Service was quick, very polite and welcoming staff. ”
“ Lovely place to have breakfast or lunch, very tidy and well maintained. Food really fresh and delicious. Definitely will come back. ”
“ An accidental find whilst out on a bike ride. I intended to grab a sandwich but was seduced by the sausage and mash followed by a cherry Bakewell and custard pudding. They were both fantastic! Great service and atmosphere. The only let down was the need to cycle back to the car after such a fantastic lunch. ”
“ Remote, peaceful and great food. Sat outside in the seating area for some lunch. Great space for the dog to relax. Definitely recommend ”
“ A lovely cafe. We have tried to visit a few times but often very busy. Today we were in luck. We had a sandwich and drink each, the food was delicious. Great choice of food and drinks available. Very friendly and welcoming staff and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend a visit ”
“ All round would highly recommend!! My Dad and I came here for afternoon tea. It was delicious with a delightful selection of sweet and savoury treats. The highlight was probably the summer fruits Posset and the scones with sublime lemon curd, however every item on the platter was of very high standard and I believe all home made. The coffees were very good and with afternoon tea you can reorder again and again - if you have room! If you only have a small appetite I would say that one afternoon tea platter would be enough to share between two as they are a generous size. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and catered well for a nut allergy by swapping out items from the afternoon tea platter for others which were nut free, and just as delicious!! Be aware that afternoon tea has to be pre booked and that booking is required at least one day in advance. ”
